Overview

Tejas Info Solutions required a centralized business management platform capable of handling the complete lifecycle of inventory—from purchase planning and inward quality checks to item-level stock allocation, sales, returns, and inter-company transfers. The system connects purchasing, inventory, sales, accounting documents, customer management, and operational workflows within a single administration panel.

The Goal

To replace fragmented and manual processes with a reliable system that provides accurate stock visibility, complete Item ID and Asset ID traceability, streamlined document creation, and consistent data flow between purchasing, inward, inventory, and sales operations.

What We Built

A custom web-based ERP was developed with dedicated modules for master data, purchasing, inward processing, inventory, sales, returns, internal transfers, receivables, and service operations. Automated conversion workflows connect quotations, proforma invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, purchase bills, sale invoices, and return documents while retaining pricing, warranty, tax, discount, vendor, and item-level information. The platform also provides QC workflows, barcode support, document exports, printing, sharing, configurable numbering, and role-based access.

Results

The platform provides a single source of truth for operational data, improves item-level inventory traceability, reduces duplicate data entry, and makes document conversions faster and more consistent. Stock movements are tied to defined business events, while Item IDs, Asset IDs, warranty details, pricing, taxes, and discounts remain visible throughout the transaction lifecycle. This gives the business stronger inventory control and clearer visibility across companies, vendors, customers, and departments.
